Khách sạn gần Sân bay Quốc tế Moi tại Mombasa

"I arrived very late, around 5 a.m., and they gave me not only a late checkout but over 24 hours in the room."

"A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa. This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites. All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. If you're in Mombassa for business, Premium inn is the place to be. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. "Rooms were clean and spacious air condition was a big plus!"

"Terrible. Nothing's works and the entire hotel is not maintained with old rusting features. The hotels rooms are very noisy all the way till 3am as there are on going parties every day. I was not able to sleep till after 4am everyday. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Internet a bit spotty in rooms (great in reception). Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy bed - but location is sketchy as hell. Straight on the street and (as a white male) I got a lot of scary looks. "The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly 😁😁😁"

Breakfast was fairly average, and many of the staff appeared to be trainees or interns, which may have contributed to the inconsistency in service. My wife and I also used the...

"As expected given the price this is far from an upmarket area. The rooms were small but clean. Initially I was given a not very nice room with an ensuite that was more like an alcove with no shower but was fortunately moved to a better one. We had to navigate building works to get into the property and then walk on a raised wooden walkway. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful"

"Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! Despite a confirmed booking by Expedia, upon arrival at Lux Suites the Palm around 8h30pm in the evening, I was told that there was no room available. There was no manager on-site, but the security guard called someone who told him to send us away. The person on the phone said they had been fully booked since the day before and that I had to take up any issue with Expedia. We were unceremoniously sent away late in the evening in an area of...
