"When we first arrived we were reserved for tower 3. I called ahead of time to let them know we would be a late check in. When we got to tower 3 for check-in at 1030pm, there was a sign saying tower 3 check-in is closed go to tower 2. This would have been more helpful if we knew this ahead of time, when I called earlier about the late checm-in. I know this could be a issue for someone who has a hard time walking. "I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night."
