"The Bellaggio was everything we expected from a Las Vegas Hotel—and more. It truly was an experience upon arrival…their atrium had a spring display of flowers…not just in vases but an entire atrium filled with displays and beautifully done. Impressive. Customer service from check-in, consierge service, dining—and a bit of gambling…was top notch! The best thing is that every bit was managed by a customer care human…not a computer, not a robot, not self check-in. Five stars and I’d say again!"

"The property as always was wonderful, clean and nice, and as a general rule most folks working there were nice, with that said, we did have issues with the noodle restaurant and the front desk staff both, but it truly did not take away to much from our time there, sometimes folks just have a bad day."
