"I was initially impressed by the hotel’s photos on the app, but the reality did not match the expectations upon arrival.
The room lacked proper soundproofing, making it very difficult to sleep due to the constant noise and crowd outside.
Additionally, there was confusion regarding the checkout time. The booking indicated a 12:00 PM checkout, but upon arrival, the reception informed us it was actually 11:00 AM.
We were also asked to pay a deposit, which had not been mentioned or clearly stated...
