"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchen were a bit underwhelming but all in all I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay."

Un trozo de zocalo roto aquí, otro trozo de puerta rota allí, y cosas así, nada grave, pero demasiadas. La limpieza general es muy justita. No esta sucio, pero tampoco esta limpio.
