"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "My stay as a solo traveler was very comfortable. Both young men at the front desk were very helpful and kind, and upon check in, the staff member provided helpful information for my stay.
