"Place was terrible, you cant even see through the windows, i get its beachside but maintain the place. You are not charging $60 for the stay.. bathtub disgusting and couches looked dusty. Floor looked dirty. AC in the room look like it didnt fit the hole they made in the wall so they just put wood some wood on the side so it could cover the hole!… Elevators from the second floor looked like they were doing cheap renovations. Wallpapers falling off and hallways smelled awful."

"Lively Beach used to be one of my favorite resorts in Texas but my last stay was a disappointment. The check-in/check-out is a so clunky. At 4pm, I was still waiting for a code to get into the property and the office didn’t answer. I was out by 10am check out time but didn’t receive any information about checking out electronically until 9pm that night. The resort is showing a lot of wear and tear. I’m sad about it because it’s a really beautiful place."

"I regularly frequent this property I always look forward to coming down to the island and as it stands now and has been this way for years this is the only place I want to stay at Puente Vista has the perfect location and the views are priceless it is peaceful clean and quiet I enjoy seeing all the bird life and fishing off one of the many docks scattered throughout the property including behind your personal condo. These are very well maintained condos and the beach is just down the street a few blocks off the main drag. Everything in the unit is easy to operate tvs the kitchen perfect size everything modern comfortable furniture and beds a/c works great when needed"
