Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. "We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."
