"This was a lovely stay secured right in the busy center of Naples. The room was lovely and safe with a beautiful balcony overlooking the busy city streets. Location was great and very walkable from the trains/ports/nightlife. Would definitely recommend!"

"Perfekt gelegt! Bei gewissen Zeiten muss man für den lift 10c zahlen finde ich komisch. Zimmer mit Balkon war schön in der Nacht aber etwas lauter. Konnten aber trotzdem gut schlafen."

"Zimmer ausreichend groß, Ausstattung zweckmäßig, Bäder könnten sauberer sein. WIFI und TV mit nationalen Programmen, Prime und Netflix vorhanden. Lage perfekt, direkt in der Innenstadt, daher aber nachts auch sehr laut. Wir sind durch die Kinder Frühaufsteher, Frühstück war nie wie angegeben um 7 fertig. Meist erst gegen 8 Uhr daher einen Stern abzug. Kommunikation mit Inhaber über WhatsApp jederzeit problemlos, auch ein Shuttle konnte man buchen"

"Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat eine perfekte Lage. Wenn man mittendrin ist, muss man auch mit der Lautstärke leben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften nach dem Auschecken sogar noch unsere Koffer dort lagern. Diese Unterkunft ist für einen Städtetrip in Neapel ideal."

"We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!"

"Beautiful view of the city, clean/spacious rooms, helpful staff. Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful view of the Galleria. The staff was always very helpful and polite. The room was big size for Europe hotels. The day bed was a great idea. The breakfast was included and it had a variety of items, both for European and Western cuisine. The espressos were excellent! The reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because my room did not have a towel warmer which I’m used to at Italian hotels. Sometimes, I do a quick wash of small items and let them dry on the towel warmer overnight....
