I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. I’ve traveled all over the world, and the hospitality at PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa was unlike anything I’ve experienced. The food was absolutely amazing, and I want to give a special shoutout to Salome for making the best chapati. Even when they ran out, she thoughtfully returned to our table later with more once it was available. On our last day, the staff treated us to a special dinner, which made the experience even more memorable. The entertainment crew was fantastic and added so much fun to the stay. I highly recommend this resort—it was truly a wonderful experience, and I was genuinely sad when it was time to go home. 🌴✨

First and Foremost l would like to get the shout outs out of the way: Claus or is it Klaus- you rock! Tom wa Housekeeping- a rocky start to the visit, at the end of it though you rocked. I came to understand that you were overwhelmed, there was a shortage of staff and you were only doing what you can. Shukran for all that you did for us during out stay. Nancy and the lady who checked us- I apologize that l can't recall your name- you were awesome!!!!! My favorite thing about your spot is the swimming pool. I am a fan and l enjoyed it completely and totally. I was not a fan of the outside meal locations: the food was not always hot/warm by the time one sat down to eat it. The lay out of the locations is something else that l was not a fan of, none of them were flat or concrete, lighting was not awesome- when we were there Kenya Power did their thing, then the extension cords that were everywhere as one walked to get their meal- l get it was about adding variety, at the same time l found it risky and dangerous.

I had an unforgettable stay at PrideInn Flamingo. The hotel itself is magical, but what truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff. Mercy, Sharon, and the Palm Restaurant team were so kind and attentive, while Francis, George, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I was very disappointed by this hotel given the positive reviews. Warm wine served out of boxes, warm soda, warm desserts, cheap and chewy food. We ended up eating at the paid restaurant and purchasing drinks it was so bad. No music just bright lit seating areas with no amosphere. No drink service on beach or at entertainment stage (bizzare?!). Despite the lovely surroundings and polite staff, I wouldn’t return and I would have struggled to stay more than two nights.

The rooms are very moldy, lots of cockroaches, bad air and breathing environment in rooms. The all inclusive wine is undrinkable and they want 5000kes for a bottle that is drinkable. Lots of things in bar not included. No hot water the first night and dirty room. Not because it hasn’t been cleaned but because it is old.
