"昨年宿泊して、良かったので、今年も宿泊しました。今年は、食パンのサービスがあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。 コーヒーを買って飲もうとしたら、湯呑みしかなかったので、マグカップがあったらよかったなと思いました。 あべのハルカスも近く、通天閣も近く、買い物しやすいです。駐車場がないので、何回も出入りする度にお金がかかるので、なんとかならないかなと思います。"

"大人数の家族でも部屋数があり、寝室に困らないゆとりの一棟で、快適にくつろげました。台所も備品充実していて、お風呂も広く、浴室乾燥がついているので、洗濯物も乾きます。ただ、トイレはリビングに筒抜けの小窓があり、においや音を気にしなければならないです。 テレビは地デジが見れなくて、アプリだけですが、そのパスワードがわからず電話問い合わせをしました。テレビの使い方がわかる説明書があるとより親切だと思います。 周辺に駐車場も多く、繁華街も徒歩圏内ですが、わりと静かでした。アメニティも充実していて、また大阪に来たら利用したいと思います。"

"The area around the bed has not been cleaned, the heater only warms to the living room remote control, and the gate is broken, so I contacted him all morning and managed to fix it. The air conditioner used as a heater is dusty and the closet door in the second bedroom is broken. I have used it many times, but this was the worst accommodation ever."

"Staff was very helpful. Especially with luggage transfer. Provides PJs in room. The location was about a 5 minute walk to station. Beautiful hotel located in a business dustrict. Very quiet area. Used laundry facility, was a very small fee for usage, but included detergent."
