The hotel is very clean and great location. However I have to say the rooms are bit outdated and compared to other 4 star hotels I stayed at during my trip this has the worst bed in terms of comfort. The staff was very friendly and the area was quiet.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is fantastic, with the metro and train stations just underneath the hotel, and Dotonbori is within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean, modern hotel located right in the middle Kyoto station. Very convenient to all the trains and buses since you are right in the station. Room was super clean and modern. Many places to eat and take pictures right there without needing to leave the station.

Stayed on the 31st floor and the view was amazing. It’s clean and the staff were very helpful. It’s a great location too being right at dotonbori and on top of Namba station. The only criticism I have is having to take two entirely separate elevators to get to my room but that is minimal

The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Dotonbori is walkable…15-20mins. On your way, you will see a lot of restaurants as well. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all helpful and attentive of our needs.
