"Room was dirty. Linens were dirty/stained. Found a bottle of prescription narcotics in our room, along with a dirty latex glove. Carpets had not been vacuumed, bathtub floor was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very cheap. There were also some very questionable people that looked like they were living at the hotel. The people in the room next to us were smoking marijuana to the point that I could smell it coming through the walls at 2am. Air filter in the A/C was filthy. Surrounding areas was decent though and offered a lot of different restaurants and shops. "

"The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, the property did not match the images ներկայաց when the reservation was made, which was very disappointing.
