"We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening . A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea. The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious. We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard . We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again ! Thankyou Palm Marina for an amzing holiday !"

"This property is truly exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property. "The middle aged man who served us breakfast very early on Nov. 10 was excellent. So thoughtful and wonderful in serving. On the negative side, the sheets were too small - you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not enough sheet to tuck them in well. It would be wonderful with a chair in the room, not just a stool. Clean and of course, an amazing view of the sea."

"The bungelos were extremely unique at this resort, vary spacious, nice bed and very sound proof. This is a family resort, they have alot of activities going on even into the night. The 2 pools are kinda small for the amount of people when the property is full. There is not enough lounges for everyone, got to get there early to throw your towel on some to reserve. The beach is small, not clear blue as with other resorts along the Mediterranean. Food was ample, the spaghetti lady stayed the busiest of everyone. If your early, can beat the herds of people, short and tall, and get good warm food. If your late, maybe the food is warm or overcooked. Some meat was raw, be careful. The dining room was very spacious with indoor and open seating with the view of the pool or beach. Caution, 4 star hotel but you have to get your own drinks, silverware and sometimes clean off your own table. But the staff are great, very nice and always helpful. A major plus was this property was very clean at all times. "
