"We discovered the Tivoli Carvoeiro last summer and loved it so much that we came back for a second stay this year—and it was just as incredible as we remembered. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures, with breathtaking views, a gorgeous setting, and such a special atmosphere. "When we check-in to our room, they had some complimentary cookies and sweets for us on tge table which was covered with a glass lid. The next day we found lots of ants crawling in our room’s wall, table, suitcases and all over those sweets. They had letters in the rooms to let guests know about the issue and appointment that they have with pest control company to do their sprays the same day! We reported the issue to management and asked them to get a hold of the pest control company...
