"Loved the hotel. Room bright and fresh. Liked the pool area and the games provided. Watching the boats come into the marina each day was fun too. The restaurant was perfect for lunch. Great service all around. The shuttle works very well. One blip when it left early and we had to wait an hour for the next one. "

"We stayed in the double suite for our stay. This was perfect for our family of 6. There was free laundry offered on our floor with detergent complimentary from the desk (it does not take pods). The room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was sufficient. The view was beautiful. Only downside of the larger room is that the balcony was very small, so we did not take advantage of it. "needs a hot tub and better flushing toilets . also shuttle only goes downtown so we couldn't take it to the beach. Everything else was great. "

"The staff was super friendly and courteous. The free shuttle to Old Town was convenient but if you don’t want to wait there are plenty of Lyft drivers. The building and grounds were well kept. The only downfalls were the birds that were there every morning and tried to steal your food as you ate breakfast and the airplanes. Being so close to the airport you heard every departing flight. Which the hotel can’t help but just prepare yourself for loud planes as you are outside by the pool. "

"We had to change room because the bottom of the shower was cracked and leaking in the bathroom. The second room had mold in the shower. The floors had not been washed for a while. It looks more like a motel. The breakfast was very good and luckily it was included in our price otherwise it would have cost 18$US per person. The shuttle is a nice way to get downtown and is included in the 25$US resort fee. Parking is not free (around 16$US per day)"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and took time to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but it was not small. There was plenty of room and the space was very clean. The breakfast, while good, was very much like your standard Hilton (Hampton Inn) buffet breakfast with servers getting your drinks for you. The pool was clean and refreshing. "I felt like I was charged for valet that I had no choice but to use, the shuttle that is referred to has limited seating so if you use their shuttle you may get left if there is not a return seat for you and it only runs every 2 hours , one pool was shut the entire time I was there. Our room was still being cleaned and we did not arrive until after 5pm. "

"Very nice place to stay! Pool with bar is very nice plus really enjoyed all the hammocks and loungers by the beach. It was a little annoying to have to go to the restaurant to ask for ice and water since they don’t have any water fountains on the premises but the employees were all very nice about it. "

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. Its a smaller 2 story place with that Old Florida look and vibe. It's not luxury but my Queen Suite lodging was perfect for me. Two good-sized rooms with daily maid service. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was rather simple- good if you just needed a quick bite to start the day. Best of all was it was right outside my door, lol. Above the table were staff picks for good eating spots. And I want to give a gold star to the desk mgr (wish I could recall...

"We had to rooms across the street at a home they own. We were only there for 1 night. Everything was great except maybe the very thin windows. It is an old house and I don’t think there is much they can do to make it better. The noise inside was like you had a window open all night. The roosters will wake you up in the middle of the night and so will any neighbors that come home at 2 am or leave at 7 am. Other than that everything was great. "The room was kept clean. Definitely an older hotel, which is a part of the charm. The grounds were truly beautiful and well kept. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is an outdated bathroom. If you don’t mind that, then this is highly recommended stay!"
