As expetativas sobre o hotel eram altas, mas fiquei um pouco desiludida. As piscinas interiores eram agradáveis e o quarto fica um pouco aquém. Deviam dar mais instruções sobre o que é obrigatório levar para as piscinas. Fazem os hóspedes pagaram mais do que a respetiva reserva.

Staff muito simpático sempre atento e prestável. Destaque para o Sr Jorge team leader fantástico anfitrião! Pormenores menos positivos: três elevadores para chegar de um lado ao outro, vários hospedes, tal como nós um pouco desorientados dentro das instalações. Marcação para spa , marcação para refeições, se vamos para relaxar ( que conseguimos perfeitamente) não gostamos de ter horas para poder disfrutar das instalações. No geral, destacamos o silêncio no quarto, a paisagem, o atendimento, a simpatia de todos. Muito bom.

Irrepreensível em todos os aspectos

O Hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A paisagem é deslumbrante e as piscinas interiores são ótimas e com vista privilegiada para a serra que circunda o hotel. O pequeno almoço é bastante variado com uma excelente seleção de doces, para além das habituais carnes frias. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Tenciono voltar a este hotel.

This hotel and the surroundings are something between Lord of the rings and Starwars, the scenery is faboulous. The room was comfortable and with a fantasic view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, as all portuguese btw. My dinner, á la carte was a hit, only problem I had to much to eat but will easily do it again.

Hotel excelente, envolvido na natureza. Pontos a melhorar, Wi-Fi no quarto não tinha sinal, água da piscina (a maior) deveria estar um pouco mais quente, a parte só spa estava ótima!!
