"the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...

"I had my room changed because the TV did not work. Apparently the dayshift clerk did not update the system to reflect this change and the nightshift clerk issued a room key to the room I was staying in. At 1:30am my room door came flying open. It was terrifying as I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I did not sleep the rest of the night."
