"The reservation for October 3 for one night was for a Superior Triple Room…..confirmed by the hotel and by Expedia. The only room offered at check-in was a standard room with one bed. When the promised room was requested again, I was told that it was not available and that if I wanted two beds I would have to pay for two separate standard rooms. This was completely unacceptable but I had no choice but to sleep on cushions on the floor providing the one bed for my guest.

"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve.
Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."
