"My experience at Koi was not quite what I expected. The rooms are modern, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. Immediately after checking in, I had to change rooms because of an obvious maintenance issue. "I love the fact it was right on the beach. I could wake up 5 in the morning and just walk out to the beach. the restaurant was cool and the staff were friendly and helpful. my only complaint was the shower. I could use a good scrubbing and bleaching. I had to go ask housekeeping to reclean the shower then I just cleaned it myself to my standards. outside of that the stay was great."
