All is pretty excellent only issue in this last visit my was with the pool. on two occasions I wanted to go for a swim and they were cleaning it. For being open 9-8pm if your going to clean it. It should be cleaned before this time. on my check out date I wanted to go for a last swim and due to rain the night before the pool...

"The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!"

"So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room"

"No air conditioning for 2 days in a heat wave. Outdoor pool was dirty with toilet paper floating around and cloudy. Beach was nicely maintained."

"Sheets had holes in them and looked dirty, had to buy new clean sheets to place over it. The room had a strong odor, lights were dim as hell, bought and installed my own. Door looked like it had been kicked in after a police drug bust. On the bright side the A/C was operational during a heat wave."

However, during this July 4th stay, the internet in my room didn't work; despite complaining three times, they never fixed it, and I couldn't use my laptop. We were also without power from 9:30 PM Saturday until 9:00 AM; during that time, there were no lights or air conditioning, and the temperature was 90°F—nothing electrical worked.
