"We booked the deluxe room and it was PERFECT! Very roomy, clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so clean and relaxing to sleep in. We were arriving a little early and the staff had our room ready to go. The hotel provides an ice maker, vending machine, and laundry machines if needed. The hotel is in a very good location, central to all. Parking is sufficient. I forgot my fan (white noise for sleep) and the staff graciously brought me one. They were very sweet and...

"This was a wonderful little bed-and-breakfast to visit! The town kind of reminded my husband and I of an aspen area! We had a great Mexican food dinner at a local restaurant. And top-notch this was the most comfortable bed. I have slept in in Any room I’ve ever stayed in. We were also able to go out on the back balcony and enjoy a little of the woods. What a great experience!"

"This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. "Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property in the summer. There is no A/C, which is normally not a problem in Mammoth Lakes. BUT, the rooms have no windows or ventilation, only a sliding door with no screen, and no way to secure the room if you open the door. On top of that, the cleaning staff open the curtains to the sunlight when you are gone, turning your room into a greenhouse oven. So, despite the beautiful weather in Mammoth Lakes, it’s too hot to stay here."
