"shampoo bottle was empty, conditioner bottle was empty. Breakfast staff pulled eggs 10 mins early and when we asked why she said were closing soon. Soon is not right now, eggs should have still been available till breakfast was completely over!"

"Wonderful place at a great price. The garden and fountain is nice, and I enjoyed hiking on the trail in the back.. Front desk staff were excellent (especially Riley). My only negative is that I was there for a week, and never received housekeeping services. They did stop by once, and I asked them to return in about 30 minutes, but in a week it didn't happen. It won't affect my willingness to return- I will definitely be back- but it would have been nice."

"The air conditioning unit smelled so bad I could not keep it on. Kept the window open. I had to run to the dollar store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. There were about a dozen flies. I usually do not complain but this was bad. Next time I will pay a little extra to get a better room"

Amenities including elevator & air conditioning were out of order, room was filthy, items in room were missing or broken, complex was in disrepair, strong odors were present, & mold & bugs were witnessed. Left the hotel after reporting unacceptable conditions to staff. In the process of requesting refund from Hotels.com."

"They moved my reservation at the last minute to a different hotel. When I called to ask why, they informed me that the room I reserved and paid for , has a sink fallen through the floor and it is not safe. When I asked how many such rooms are all having the same problem? Or if it is just one room has this problem, why they decided to move me? The answer I got was because I am staying only one night. This reveals a lot of problem about this hotel."

"The room was neat, clean, comfortable and historic. Every member that works there is the absolute epitome of what hospitality is supposed to be. Every single person there goes out of their way to be helpful. Parking can be a challenge, but with that said the are enough spaces. Shout out to Jason the night staff, what a great guy. Breakfast is an unbelievable experience. Ruthie our server makes service an Olympic sport of which she win Gold everytime. We drove 2,180 miles just to stay here for our 36th wedding anniversary! That's how great this place is."
