"The rooms are super run dow and poorly maintained- I literally at times couldn’t even get the bathroom door open unless I kept yanking it as it would just get stuck. The overall pretty just smelt like cigarette smoke all the time and my room just had a very old grime feeling to it. The breakfast was blah- expect power orange juice and run of the mill off the shelf muffins. There was only like 8 seats to sit for breakfast which made it hard to even really eat. "My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast.
