"They false advertise online. It says in the about the property outdoor pool and pet friendly. We drove 6 hours to this hotel and there is no outdoor pool and also has a sign on the door that says no pets or smoking. The entire building smelt of smoke and weed and there was people smoking while doing laundry. Not a place I would recommend. More so seems like people are actually living there"

"Dissatisfied with both Expedia and the hotel here. I reserved a room last minute a good distance out of st. Louis as prices for the night we're outrageous. It was late and upon check in I was informed I accidentally booked a smoking room . The hotel staff said I would have to talk to Expedia regarding the change of the room. I did.
