"We recently booked a two queen room with expedia and for AC Hotel Des Moines and when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation.This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with Expedia. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!"

"Room was dirty. Brown marks on wall near toilet, greasy slimy marks on door and peephole. Frozen refrigerator. Wall had weird drop marks. AC didn't work. Orange stains on comforter. Shower flooded the room. Stairs and exit door kept me awake until 2am. Pool was closed because they over chlorinated and got people sick (according to recent review)"

"Room was ok but had hair in the shower. Room they wanted to put me in was not ready at 3pm but they were able to find one that was ready. Property is not maintained. Had lots of trash outside. Looks like they store their supplies in back hallways and other open areas "

"Everything was great except when I was checking in and the desk guy said I was declined but then gave me the 3 room cards and said he would figure it out. It was a little embarrassing especially after I got an email saying enjoy your stay."

"Stayed overnight for a work/charity event. Everything was very nice! The only thing that was kind of a bummer was tv selection but oh well. The kitchen/bar staff was great because there was a creeper talking to me and my co-workers and when we finally left the bartender made sure the creeper didn't follow us."

"Breakfast was limited to eggs/sausage. Parking was full in the front but there is a small parking area around back."
