"Firstly, it is so difficult to make a complain directly to Hotels.Com. Yesterday around 18:00 I went to check in at the hotel. For the price of USD130 I was expecting a decent hotel but when I came, I realize it was a small building and the worst was that the main entrance (glass door) was closed and locked and was not possible to get in.
