"The hotel is very good, especially considering its location in the Bronx. It has very easy access to public transportation, which is a big plus. My only issue was with the room temperature—the room was quite hot, and although the air conditioning was set to 62°F, it did not seem to cool properly. Additionally, I found it unnecessary that guests receive a phone call at 10 a.m. to remind them that check-out is at 11 a.m. Overall, a good stay, but a few small improvements would make it even better."

"The property itself was lovely and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable overall. The staff were also professional and accommodating.
Unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by children running up and down the hallway and repeatedly banging on my room door. It was disruptive enough that I had to call the front desk to address the situation. While the issue was eventually handled, it did take away from an otherwise peaceful experience.
Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort, but I do hope management takes additional steps to ensure a quieter environment for guests in the future."
