The room was clean, bathroom was updated. The hotel needs a little update, due to customers running into the walls. The staff were very nice and helpful especially “John”.

The hotel is very good, especially considering its location in the Bronx. It has very easy access to public transportation, which is a big plus. My only issue was with the room temperature—the room was quite hot, and although the air conditioning was set to 62°F, it did not seem to cool properly. ...
