Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"Loved the location. We were immediately next to buses and a train station and within a 10 minute walk of museum island and the Berlin TV tower. The hotel, with its George Baselitz themed art was quirky and fun. Exceptional and helpful staff, nice room and a good bar for a cocktail. Breakfast prices were quite high, and the breakfast buffet was good, but choose breakfast included if you have that option!"

"This is an excellent hotel to stay in. Perfect city centre location right next to Ostbahnhof station so incredibly easy for travel. Local shops within walking distance too. The hotel itself is very clean with great facilities. I didn't eat there, but the €21 cost of breakfast seemed very overpriced to me (compared with other hotels I've stayed at). The room itself was clean and reasonably well equipped, however no wardrobe or chest of drawers and only 3 coathangers provided on a hook for...

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."

"The AC did not work during our stay. We reported the issue twice and were promised both times that it would be looked at, but nothing was done. The window could only be opened partially, which provided very little relief. The combination of the heat and poor air circulation made the room unbearable. After the trip, I contacted Expedia about the situation. Unfortunately, the property never responded to the inquiry and did not offer any compensation or attempt to address the issue."
