"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"

There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. "Great property for an easy stay near the airport -- minutes walk to the T2 tram stop and just one stop to the airport. It is modern and well-kept for a comfortable stay. The only letdown was the wifi was poor or could not be connected but it was a quick overnight stay to catch a morning flight, so I just left earlier to the airport to use the wifi there."
