"One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever “tried” sleeping on, the mattress was like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were hard and lumpy. Definitely could use some upgrades!!! The staff was friendly though "

"Beautiful! Loved our stay here - the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff were excellent. One minor issue for those with cars or rental cars, the parking was an expensive issue. The barcode we were given didn’t work and had to pay sooo much for parking."

"Great stay at the end of our mini-vacation to Ottawa. Room was clean and very comfortable. Pool was a bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to catch the shuttle before breakfast was served but when we went to the lobby, there were To-Go breakfasts with a bagel, cream cheese and an apple. Perfect for eating on the plane."
