"Accueil exceptionnel et d’une grande amabilité, aussi bien à la réception qu’au rooftop. La chambre supérieure avec vue sur le lac est très design et agréable. Seul petit bémol : la vue est un peu gâchée par les barres extérieures de la structure de l’hôtel. À souligner également : un excellent petit déjeuner ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse."

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here....
