"When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room.
