"Booked on Expedia, was told that I will not get any services or points because I used Expedia. I put in a complaint to Hilton but did not hear back. The young man at the desk stated that all I saved by using Expedia was $10 bucks. I won't stay again. I am a long time Hilton member but will use another brand in the future. It would be in Expedia's best interest to look into stopping this."

"I called the Monday before my stay and asked if i could get and early check in, they told me to call day of, fine no problem. I call the morning of they said they would do their best and to call back around 1 pm. I call back at 1 pm, they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to come to the hotel around 2 and i can enjoy the amenities. I go to the hotel at 2 they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to check back in 30 minutes. I wait another 30 minutes and go back...

"Overall it was a decent experience. The room was a little dirty with stains and liquid on the desk. The back lot where we had to park our big truck was a little sketchy. Random people working on their cars at 11pm, but it was well lit. As we drove across country it was a good stay."

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"Terrible staff. The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"

"The walls are very thin at this hotel.
The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park."
