"L'établissement se dégrade d'année en année. Peinture écaillée, rideaux tachés, pas de lumière pour accéder aux logements, sacs de gravats dans les allées, présence de souris (ou de rats) tout près des logements, un mendiant sur le parking... Points positifs, le personnel est accueillant et le rapport ..."
