"Good place"

"The hotel is old and the common areas need a remodel. There is no decor in the common areas, it gives the impression of an abandoned hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It is dirty! There is dirt on the floors of the hallways and the room. Pool is small for the size of the hotel. Lastly, the reception and entrance areas smell like fried food all the time. I would never go back to this place. "

"We had a room with a queen bed and there was a separate room the mat had a king bed. We chose to sleep in the room with the king bed. The bed was terrible. It sunk down in the middle. Also only one lamp which was on the far side of the room no other lights. The bed in the main area was weird because there was only one chair to sit on, so you had to sit in the bed to watch tv. One side table by the far side of the bed but no lamp. Breakfast was ok, had to ask for more yogurt, had to ask for more coffee, the garbage can was overflowing and one worker came and put her in the cereal container and then wiped up some that fell and put it back in the top. Nobody moved the coffee jug over once it was filled,I had to. Nobody checking on the breakfast. Also breakfast is from 7-9 on the weekend. Usually it’s till 10:00 on weekends. The room we were in, top floor, the room started shaking at 9:00am, we think it was the laundry room for the hotel that was spinning and shaking our room. "
