"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."

"Reasonable price for a beautiful area. Hotel is very [very] old. Very hard to get into and out of parking lot. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast doesnt start until 7:30 and there is no hot food. Showers cold about half of the time."

"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. What is wrong then? The hotel recently decided to close it to children in the afternoon, to the opposite of what shown on Expedia and to how the hotel operated till a few months ago. I had booked this hotel especially for the purpose of being able to see the mountains during the day with the family, and then relax by the pool in the afternoon. To make things worse, the hotel acknowledged that their was an issue with how the hotel amenities were now depicted on Expedia but made no serious attempt to provide any form of consideration for an issue they was entirely their fault. "
