Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally.
