"Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. The Included Breakfast was pretty typical for Italian hotels, the serving staff also makes the omelettes. So no coffee or service if someone orders bacon and eggs. Also the food...
