"The place is nice and clean and that’s what you should expect. The staff, but I should just say the owner, is another story. When I got there I asked at what time and where breakfast would be served. The owner seemed surprised and said that it wasn’t included. It took me some long negotiations and me showing her the Hotels.com listing to convince her. When I asked her for wifi service, she said, contrary to the listing, that rooms didn’t have wifi but there was a dedicated room for it “because...

"Wow, we almost canceled our next stay because this place was so wonderful. We wanted to stay longer can can’t say enough about how lovely it was. Food was great staff was so friendly and helpful And the location was perfect for enjoying Verona, but also being out in the countryside"

Nachts hört man jeden Schritt jede Tür usw.

"Fantastic hotel, beautiful large room and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great base close to walking distance of Vicenza as well as an easy train journey to Venice. Staff were great and sorted out our parking as we had a roofbox. Would highly recommend and if we are back in the area we will be staying here again."

"Frühstück war sehr einfach und klein. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück sehr schön."

"Very clean and the staff were great. I would stay there again"
