The front desk girl, Oniesha, is ALWAYS moody, but the rest of the staff were approachable, helpful, and kind. -Do NOT expect towels in your room upon check-in. "No A/C for the first two days of my 4 day stay. Housekeeping stole my one of a kind “braid” shower cap. When I reported it, no one cared. Buffet was the best place to eat. All other restaurants were bland or just downright nasty tasting. The Steakhouse was horrible. Hibachi grill (Shakura ) was okay. Definitely not worth the $1700.88 I spent. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. Mist of the staff was professional and friendly but the ones who weren’t should find another job....
