Loved our trip. Staff was wonderful. We did have a couple of grumpy bartenders up in the 24 hour bar that made us feel like we were a bother. Overall our stay was wonderful and I will continue to book with Riu.

Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle - All Inclusive
Internet was fine. Towels and room service good. Food was also good at dining room and jerk center. Need more time slots for restaurant dining. Staff was great. List my beach hat and retrieved at list and found at Front desk. Overall it was a very positive experience.
