My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Spa in Monterey, California, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was a generous supply of towels, which was appreciated. The stay was relaxing, and we felt well taken care of during our visit.
However, I did notice that the room wasn’t dusted thoroughly, which was a minor issue. We also weren’t particularly fond of the room service because it was delivered in take-away bags, and it didn’t provide the same level of convenience or presentation we expected from a hotel of this caliber.
One of the most memorable moments was being awakened in the middle of the night by loud arguing from neighbors around us. It was disruptive, but I want to acknowledge the staff, especially the manager Jade. She was incredibly accommodating, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure we were comfortable. She sincerely apologized for the noise, even though it was outside her control, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated Jade's attentive service. We definitely plan to return and stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience memorable!
