"The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!"

"Lovely hotel, with great service. Room was great, bed was wonderful and love heated floor in the bathroom. I was there while there were two weddings and my room was still very quiet and serene. Definitely recommend and would go again. Also had a great massage while I was there at their assoc. spa. "

"All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Albany, NY."

"This place is several very large cuts above a typical Hampton Inn. It’s large and beautiful with a restaurant and full bar. The staff is truly extraordinary - friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Saratoga. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, but it’s a few blocks off of Broadway and Caroline St, therefore much quieter than other hotels. "
