"Our first impression of the hotel was not a good one unfortunately. When we arrived there were about 8 to 10 smokers standing around the front entrance under the awning near the front door and you had to walk through it to get inside. It appeared there was a designated smoking area just across the parking lot where one person was smoking but apparently no one followed her lead and no one said anything about it. Our next not great impression was it breakfast the next morning. At the coffee station we noticed someone had thrown their personal trash in the garbage which caused the garbage to then be overfilled. I approached the front desk and was told they would take care of it but nothing was done. Apparently they were the night shift and we're waiting for the shift change to take place. After that took place I reapproached the desk and let them know about the garbage situation and I was told they were waiting for the dining staff to come in to take care of it."
