"Check in was easy and pretty smooth, even though they were training a new clerk. The room was clean and in good shape, but no coffee maker. Brand new TV on which no programming of any kind was available. We needed the sleep anyway. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 6:00 AM. I got there about 6:30. No milk, I had the assemble the coffee machine before getting coffee, and despite a sign saying wash the fruit before eating, there was no fruit. I ended up eating a yogurt and having coffee. I had planned on cereal, but no milk. We understand that it’s a budget motel, but my wife and I agreed that we won’t be staying there in the future. Too many things pointed to a lack of concern for the guests. We stay in this town from time to time, and there are too many better options for us to try staying here again. I hope the owners can right the ship and get things back on track."

"Stayed 3 nights. Reserved a double bed room. Assigned a king bed room by manager who was off duty, no other options. Waiting for a table in a restaurant we met another person staying at this hotel. Single man given a 2 bed room? We were moved to a 2 bed room the second night. No maid service for 2nd night? Air conditioner sounded like it had a bucket of bolts inside when it turned on. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Went down to the bar for a beer but out of stock for any draft beer? Managers only on duty 9 to 5. Reservation clerks were no help. Not the Hilton quality it should be. Cheap hotel."

"I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one available."

"We checked in and the staff was extra nice. No elevator, but it was a short walk to the second floor. We're in the room for about an hour. We had not unpacked, we had some food, and I noticed roaches. Not bed bugs house roaches. We immediately packed up and left.Because I can't stay where there are roaches, they get in your clothes or suitcases, you get em home.It's too hard to get rid of them. I told the staff and he insisted, they didn't have roaches, which I had seen with my own eyes. They didn't refund my money. I left and stayed at another hotel."
