"I was charged $100 for smoking in my room when I smoked outside my room. I used a plastic cup to put the butts in ans put the cup in trash can in my room. Housekeeking took photos of the cup with the butts and showed themto manager. I had witness who saw me smoke outside my room and told manager about him.He was in adjacent room to me. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company about this charge."

"Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but...
