While the property in under renovation, that is no excuse to allow he rooms maintenance to be disregarded, impossible to keep a hotel clean without proper maintenance.

First, we had to part in a parking deck that cost $26 for one night. The hotel said they didn't cover parking. TV did not work, but the front desk moved us to another room. Lastly, there was no hot water when taking a shower the next morning.

No refrigerator in the room. There was no place to store my wife’s insulin. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Had to spend more money on my stay than it was supposed. Room temperature was not optimal. For this I would like my money back and stay elsewhere. They Charge $25.00 dollars as incidental fee. Breakfast was amazing! And despite the upgrades done to the hotel, they keep it clean as good as possible.

I waited 15 minutes at the check in desk for someone to finally appear. The carpeting in the hallways is in need of cleaning. Taking into consideration that the decor is geared to a vintage look, the place could still use some updating. This is definitely not a place that is worth 300 per night.

Good downtown stay!

Staff was fantastic! Super comfy bed as well! Room needed a little deep cleaning in corners and ceilings in the bathroom and behind doors… Otherwise great! Free breakfast was a bonus and a great place to eat next-door!

Very dusty, dated property. Poor choice for breakfast, found stales muffins for example. The concierge Andre, was very helpful. Room wasn’t the cleanest, housekeeping don’t know what a hoover is. Not worth staying more than 2 days.

The property needs some love. The staff was lackluster and didn’t seem to care if anyone was there or not. The AC was poor. There is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so there is mold growing in it. The desk was damage on the front. TV was missing as well.

Minutes away from museums. Very convenient for me. What I did not like was that you cannot control your unit in the room you have to let them know at front desk and they will adjust it was very confusing in the beginning but got better at the end of my stay
