"The towels in our room were stained and had holes in them, looking more like old shop rags than hotel towels. The room phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask about a rollaway bed. Our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults and 3 children, yet the room did not have a couch, ..."
