Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Montmartre, it was very walkable with easy access to both the bus and métro. Steps up to Sacré-Cœur Basilica are right at the end of the street! "Excellent location, nice room, big bathroom and shower (I stayed at the suite with Tour Eiffel view). Nice rooftop and attentive staff. Only thing I would improve is the “king size” bed - which consists in 2 twin beds placed together, creating a gap between the beds and forcing you to sleep on one side or another. "

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"
